Senior Mental Health - UNR Survey Results
Seniors in northern Nevada face a staggering epidemic of loneliness and isolation. In fact, suicide rates for seniors in our community are more than double the national average. To find out more about how seniors in Washoe County feel about their circumstances - particularly our most vulnerable seniors in in the lowest socioeconomic region of 89502 - we engaged University of Nevada Reno's Survey Research Center (SRC) to conduct a survey on behalf of the HELLO Project.
